1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the PureBill app and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. License: Your premium license is intended for single-device offline usage. Device binding allows transferring the license once every 6 months.
3. Offline Data Responsibility: Because the app functions offline, you are solely responsible for creating regular backups of your own data using the built-in backup tools.
4. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall PureBill, its developers, or owners be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or misuses arising from the use or inability to use this software. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, accounting errors, GST miscalculations, or business interruptions.
5. Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your generated invoices and tax calculations before submitting them to any tax authorities.
6. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
