2. Service Description
PureBill is a non-custodial software platform for generating crypto invoices, payment links, and recurring billing workflows. Crucially: PureBill does not utilize smart contracts, and users are never required to "connect" their wallets to our website. You simply configure your public receiving address, and we generate the invoice/QR code for your client to send funds directly to you.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You agree to use PureBill responsibly and lawfully. You are solely responsible for:

Ensuring your use of cryptocurrency complies with all local, national, and international laws, including tax and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

Verifying the accuracy of the wallet addresses you input into the platform.

Refraining from using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
4. Non-Custodial Nature & Limitation of Liability
PureBill is strictly a software interface. We do not hold, manage, custody, or transmit user funds. We do not store private keys. Therefore, Blue Horizon Traders is not responsible or liable for any loss of funds, whether due to user error (e.g., sending to the wrong address), blockchain network failures, hacking of your personal wallet, or volatility in cryptocurrency values.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of PureBill, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Blue Horizon Traders and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Horizon Traders, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
