1. "As Is" Basis

The PureBill platform and all related services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Blue Horizon Traders makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform, the accuracy of invoice calculations, or the uninterrupted, error-free performance of the service.

2. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

PureBill is a technology provider, not a bank, financial institution, money transmitter, financial advisor, or legal/tax professional. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for determining the tax implications and legal compliance of your cryptocurrency transactions in your respective jurisdiction.

3. Acknowledgment of Cryptocurrency Risks

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are inherently irreversible. Blockchain networks are subject to congestion, forks, and technical failures. Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile. Blue Horizon Traders bears no responsibility for any financial losses incurred due to market fluctuations or network-level issues.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Horizon Traders, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or crypto assets, arising out of or in connection with your use of the PureBill platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. No Smart Contracts / No Wallet Connection

For clarity and risk mitigation: PureBill does not deploy, interact with, or rely on smart contracts. Furthermore, our platform does not require, request, or facilitate the "connection" of user wallets (e.g., via WalletConnect or browser extensions). Users manually input their public receiving addresses. This architecture is designed to minimize risk, but users must remain vigilant in verifying their own address configurations.
